搜索主任主要负责百度帐户的管理与日常运作。其中包括PPC宣传，管理并优化每个广告系列。


职责：
管理百度竞价排名帐户的日常运作，包括创意撰写化：如创意文案（标题和描述），网址，登陆页面，排名，出价策略，关键字匹配类型；并测试百度投放的效果。
负责优化百度竞价排名帐户，以提高转换及搜索效率。评估，测试及撰写报告包括每周，每月报告的成效。
提出建议及制订关键字广告计划，管理及分析测试关键字及广告成效，并提出进一步的意见。

要求：
在搜索引擎营销（SEM）有2年或以上的经验
具有搜索引擎营销（SEM）和搜索数据开发、分析丰富的经验
具有杰出的分析和组织能力，工作细心仔细
具有良好的中文面写及口语能力，熟悉普通话更佳
对Google Analytics及百度统计具有丰富的经验
熟悉一般电脑软件，特别是 Microsoft Office Excel

Job Description:


The Search Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of our baidu ppc account. Detailed tasks include planning of ppc campaigns, managing the launch of each campaign, optimizing each campaign.
Responsibilities Include:
manage baidu ppc account daily operations to include creative changes: ad copy (title and description), display URL, landing pages, rank, bid strategy, keyword match types and time of day testing for both search and display distribution.
Take charge of all aspects of baidu ppc account reporting to measure, evaluate and identify opportunities to improve conversion, improve search efficiency, including weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting.
Suggest and define keyword campaign testing strategies, manage the testing schedule, monitor and analyze specific keyword and campaign performance and drive the analytics and recommendations for further campaign optimization.

Requirements:
2 years of previous experience in search engine marketing (SEM).
Demonstrated experience with search engine marketing (SEM) and search data-driven analysis and strategy.
Outstanding analytical skills, extremely detail oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese;
PPC optimization techniques - CPA.
Experience with Analytics tools (Google Analytics, 百度统计).
Strong software skills, including in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
