1) 依据MPR运行的信息，及时检查物料安排是否合理，并根据实际情况对系统订单进行调整
To check in time for the delivery of material and adjust the deliveries based on the actual planning acoording to the MPR result
2) 及时提醒供应商按PO 信息来货，特别是在生产安排调整后，立即与供应商沟通调整后的送货安排，保证物料供应，满足生产所需
To remind the suppliers for delivery based on PO request, especially for any modification of deliveries,need to communicate with suppliers to ensure the supply of material for assemble production line
3) 合理设定生产物料的安全库存，努力控制库存，减少资金占用
To set up the reseanable safety stock of components/material, try to control the stock and duduce the value of stock.
4) 及时把每天生产异常情况反映给供应商，让供应商不断提高产货质量（按时、按质、按量）
To feedback to suppliers for any failure affected our production every day and work with suppliers to improve the delivery quanlity ( on-time, good quality and correct quantity)
5) 对于生产突发的异常情况（如零件不良，交货异常），要及时反映和尽快跟进，一定要把处理结果落实到底
To report and follow the accident or any cases for production due to material issues (such as unqualified components/worng or failure of deliver), must solve the problem sufficiently)
