·Assist in responsible of control and manage the quality of supplier/sub-con.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求
Related work experience相关工作经验
·Relevant experience is preferred.
Formal education or equivalent教育背景
·Bachelor degree in engineering field.
Skills技能
·Good communication coordination skills with cross function internal teams and supplier/sub-con.
·Good at analyzing and solving problems.
·Good English in both oral and written.
·Good MS Office skills.
·Familiar with material/production standard (GB, ASME, JIS, etc.).

·To be smart enough in logic thinking.
·Positive and serious attitude, professionalism, self-initiative.
·Honest, integrity.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
·Work with sourcing team for supplier/sub-con development, evaluation and audit.
·Work with supplier to establish a structured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures and requirements.
·Strictly control the quality components made by supplier/sub-con, coach them deeper investigate the root cause via quality problem analysis tools, in after sales service, assembly and incoming inspection, take corrective and preventive actions.
·Follow up the material issue and verify if the corrective action is put in place to fix the material issue.
·Strictly control the date of delivery of supplier/sun-con
·Coordinate internal & external cooperation, mutual learning, progress.
·Submit relevant reports on supplier delivery quality, failure analysis, etc.
·Cooperate with QA & Sourcing team for improve SQM system (Quality problem tracking process, Supplier & Sub-con grade system, etc.).
·Any other duties may be directed as assigned.

？ To follow strictly the company and ESH regulations and operational procedures.
？ To receive safety production education and training activities.
？ To report the Incident and risks to manager or ESH manager whatever it is serious or not.
？ To stop any unsafe behavior.
