About This Job:
?To act as a coordinator between Commercial Unit sales team and supply team, and fulfil their inquiries
?To process orders from external customers and distribution agencies
?To effectively & efficiently monitor order status, follow up on customer requests and communicate requirements with agencies and customers
?To ensure all transactions are carried out in compliance with internal/external policies and standards (Accounting, SOX, and Distribution Safety compliances).
?To utilize SAP capability to improve order management processes
?Work with CS manager to identify the opportunities to improve the service lever and working efficiency
?Lead the projects to apply the industrial best proactive to delivery more value to internal and external customer
?To manage orders & ensure customer requirements are met
?Lead the projects to apply the industrial best proactive to delivery more value to internal and external customer).
?Able to handle stress and time pressure to ensure delivery and documentation are provided on time to avoid charges
?Good time management to handle high volume of orders
?An eye for details to ensure high level of accuracy and potential watch-outs
?Excellent interpersonal relationship skills when engaging several stakeholders
?Think on feet to react swiftly and professional in times of emergency
?Management and Leadership skill
Qualifications
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
· Possess good working knowledge of SAP Order to Cash Modules.
· Experience in handling orders and customer complaints
· Project management skill and/or team management skill
· Ability to work in dynamic environment
· Possess problem solving skills and with ability to exercise good judgment within the scope of work
· Good team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
· Someone who is IT savvy, meticulous and well-organized, proactive and customer oriented with good follow up skills
· Ability to communicate with people from all levels of the organization and external parties
· Strong prioritization skills
· Good aptitude for SAP usage
· Demonstrated ability to identify and initiative to implement process improvements
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
· N/A
Education/Qualifications:
· At least 5-8 years’ work experience in customer service.
· Bachelor degree or above

· Base location: Shanghai
