Key Responsibilities
? Be responsible for the tiling business development including project tracking, developing distributor in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and other cities of South China.
? Build, manage and develop the project channel network in South China, key focus on new distributor development at the beginning, then together with old distributor’s management.
? Assist and coach project distributor in project tracking, products training, solution proposal, doing specification with the investor, etc.
? Marketing intelligence collection, such as key competitors, key activities, products, price, and other information required.
? Support on new product development, and successfully launch new products in responsible area.
? Make recommendation to Headquarter on business plan and business strategy; implement the agreed business plan and action.
? Achieve the sales target within expense budget and others KPI. Take ownership on AR management
? New sales guy recruiting, coaching and other team management responsibility
? Other task assigned.
Personal Skills
? Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
? Strong technical knowledge for tiling
? Can work well under pressure.
? Like to study new knowledge
Functional Skills
? College degree or above
? Good English ability and be familiar with office software
? 4 years or above sales experience in building material industry, including 2 years’ management experience. Preferred in dry mixed mortar or coating industry.
? Good understanding on distribution, decoration company and trade business operation.
