Missions：
1. Coordinate General Manager work flow，Support and help General Manager with the specific requirements like reports.
2.File GM’s business documents
3.In charge of updating and keeping government documents and certificates（Business Licence, Cerficate of Approval, Certificate for Nation / local tax etc…)
4 Deal with related procedure for foreign specialists coming China for work or direction.
5.Hotel and air ticket booking for staffs’ business trip.
6.Translate documents French to Chinese and vice versa if necessary

Qualification
本科学历，英语精通，会法语者优先
2年以上相关工作经验
