PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Project management of process related projects in both, assembly and injection molding
2. Overall responsibility for projects in regards of planning, realization, calculation of economics, etc.
3. Evaluation of suppliers for production machines and auxiliary (for example handlings, robots, assembly devices, etc.)
4. Creation of use requirement specification for machine, fixture etc..
5. Planning, realization and documentation of validation processes.
6. Develop & validate process according to procedure (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) and provide necessary support for first time production and solving issues found during production.
7. Processing of complaints for the operations department (cause analysis within the team,
development and implementation of corrective measures, relevant documentation)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求
1. at least 3 years related work experience on assembly process or assembly device introduction project.
2. Experience in leading project
3. Experience in efficiency increase in assembly area
4. College degree or above in industrial engineer or mechanical engineering
5. Strong project management skills
6. Experience in design of any kind of production devices
7. Experience in automation projects
8. Analytic and structured way of working
9. Good problem solving ability
10. Knowledge in injection molding area preferred
11. Team player, able to work and communicate in a multicultural global network (strong communication skills)
