职位描述：
Mission:

Handle customer complaint.负责客户投诉的处理。
Provide technical support to sales and NPI in new product development.新产品开发， 给销售和NPI给以技术支持。
Review and negotiate with client about product specification. 与客户回顾和商谈产品标准。
Transfer the specification into internal guideline or specification according to client specification. 根据客户的规格书， 转化为内部使用的指导书或规格书。
Organize root cause analysis and corrective action according to customer complaint. 对客户投诉的问题， 组织各部门进行原因分析和进行改善。
Follow up the performance of corrective action plan.改善行动实施效果的跟踪。
Review the effectiveness of action plan and follow up continuous improvement.评估改善行动的有效性， 并跟进其持续改善。

* Typical Education Level教育背景:
University or above本科或以上

* Specialized knowledge and skills特殊技能：
Fluent English including reading/writing/listening/speaking. 2 years manufacture working experience. 流利英文水平，包括听说读写。最少2年的工厂工作经验 举报 分享
