职位描述：
Your responsibilities 工作描述

1: Manage new product introduction project quality team to support on new product introduction project implementation
2: Lead new product introduction project quality activities to achieve new product introduction project targets
3: Contact window of BU quality for new product introduction project processes
4: Exchange product design with internal and external project team members,
especially to project team leader and development department, to fulfil Hilti products performance continually
5: Communicate and support on supplier to solve the quality problems during new product introduction project phase
6: Full support on lean manufacturing implementation in manufacturing plant to drive the success of
lean projects and achieving the lean targets
7: Be involved and support to build up high performance team related activities
(OCJ, SMD, IDP, PMP,GEOS, and so on) within the department

Your profile 基本要求

1: University degree, majoring in mechanical and engineering related subjects
2: Professional knowledge, skill & experience in project handling, especially on product design and qualification skills
3: Good presentation / interpersonal / communication skills
4: Ability to identify the issue and analyse the situation to establish a course of action for self and/or others to accomplish a specific goal
5: Minimum 3 years of project handling (quality supporting) or supervisor related experience in a multinational company
6: Trouble shooting skills, familiar with quality tools (DOE, 8D, SPC, etc.)
7: Fluent English
