Report to: IN Business Development Director

Requirements:
Education/Professional Background
1. Majors in Instrumentation, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical.
2. B. Sc. Is must. M. Sc. or MBA is preferred.
3. Above 3 years telesales / telemarketing experience in B2B industrial company, OR researcher / analyst experience in marketing research / digital marketing company, relevant work experience in leads generation and management is a plus.

Technical competencies/skills
        Have knowledge about sensor / instrument product or industrial customer application is a plus.

General competencies / Soft Skills
1. Strong willingness to talk with unknown people, high frustrating tolerance.
2. Strong communication skills: be willing and able to build intimacy / trust in short time.
3. Able to accomplish work in well-organized manner.
4. Logical thinking
5. Self-motivated and result driven attitude
6. Marketing analysis skills and strategic thinking is a plus.

Main Duties:
1. Outbound Telemarketing: Prospecting and conducting market research of potential customers in targeted segments/ applications through internet, industry association, exhibition, media, 3rd party database, cold prospects or lost opportunities etc. Find customer contact information.
2. Sales Leads Generation and Qualification Excellence: Make the cold call with potential customers, identify prospect customer with right contact person for WIKA portfolio opportunity and profile the qualified sales lead with required information. Build the standard work and tools to train other people to ordinary level.
3. Inbound Sales Leads Generation: Collaborate with marketing communication to optimize company website, exhibition/ seminar, digital marketing promotion program to generate more incoming sales leads. Work with indoor sales team to develop indoors sales capability on leads generation and qualification
4. E-mailing Campaign: Design mailing content / format with appropriate addressees for new or adjacent product promotion for existing customers. Distribute by working with Channel Manager and Marketing communication. Identify prospect customers and follow up to convert them into qualified sales leads.
5. Leads Management: Build up standard process for leads generation, screening, profiling, distribution, close-loop tracking and integration with pipeline management to make sure every qualified leads be taken care well by designated sales person. Create incentive plan for and Facilitate internal staffs’s contribution on leads generation and qualification.
