职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the flooring business development and products selling at responsible area
Search for flooring including commercial& industrial flooring project leads, keep following them
Develop flooring business with owner, Management Company, consulting company, and installer or dealer.
New customer developing and maintain existing customers.
Achieve sales target quarterly and yearly.
Other task assigned.
Personal Skills:
Responsible, Honest
Excellent sales skill
Good communication, negotiation skill
Basic knowledge for construction material
Willing to learn relative knowledge both technically and commercially.
Functional Skills:
College degree or above
Be familiar with office software
Can speak English will be preferred
