Position Objective
Develop and execute business plan and strategy required to accomplish sales objectives in Modern Trade. Continuously co-operate with MT key account to drive sales revenue with optimal cost of doing business.

Role and Responsibilities
? Manage national key account, achieve annual operational plan about sales and profit, increase brand’s marketing share;
? Control budget including promotion cost, marketing expense, make more efficient on expense investment;
? Based on AOP, initiate annual product plan, promotion plan, and get alignment with customer;
? Monitor regional sales execution, Review business after promotion and make RCA to find the issues and take action accordingly;
? Negotiate annual contract, promotion plan, display in store with customer; meanwhile develop customer relationship;
? Take category and key product management, make accurate sales forecast by month;
? Follow up AR, finish expense charge-off in time, check spending in sales execution;
? Assist dealer to take business development including sales execution, order forecast, people management, accounting etc., and monitor the sales achievement;
? Research major competitors' price, promotion and advertisement program to propose actions;

Requirements and/or Advantages
? Bachelor degree above, Sales or Marketing related is preferred;
? Minimum 3 years + Modern Trade experience in key account management;
? 5 years+ of business experiences of which 3 years in consumer product management experiences in similar industry;
? Good Command of English reading and writing;
? Good Computer Skills.
