Develop and execute business plan and strategy required to accomplish sales objectives in project channel.

? Regional Sales Team / Project Sales Team
? Developers / Designers / Construction Company and Purchaser / Hotel Investor /Hotel Management company
Role and Responsibilities
? Collect hotel, residential, commercial building and institution etc project information in local market.
? Select suitable project for LIXIL regarding positioning, quantity and schedule of the project.
? Prioritize project regarding the urgency and market influence of the project
? Understand the specific requirement of the project: design style, preference, key decision maker and budget.
? Identify the key competitor in the market. Collect competitor’s information: product / suit, price, technology, service, sales organization and history with project customers.
? Apply knowledge of LIXIL product and competitive offering, help customer select proper product portfolio
? Help customer recognize the value of LIXIL Strategy, product, policy etc to his own business, and choose LIXIL as long-term business partner.
? Negotiate price and payment terms regarding the knowledge of competitor and customer.
? Leverage internal resources on sample display, SKU selection and quotation analysis, etc.
? Sign project contract, monitor project progress and develop project delivery forecast
? Follow up AR, deal with after sales services issue for big project
Requirements and/or Advantages
? University degree/equivalent in Business Administration or related discipline;
? More than 5 years sales experience and more than 3 years experience for project sales with B&K related industry;
? Excellent negotiation skills and influencing;
? Excellent Account management and project management;
? Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills;
? High degree of creativity and self-motivation, and the ability to work under pressure;
? Good product knowledge;
? Proven cultural sensitivity and adaptability;
? Track record of sales result.
