Position Objective
Help to build American Standard brand via digital channel incl. online, mobile etc.;
Continuously improve on brand image and purchase intention on website, especially for decoration materials ;
Achieve sales target on B2C or B2B channel;

Role and Responsibilities
1) Assist E-commerce manager to execute annual sales plan and achieve sales target:
a. Executive the product application process;
b. Work with supply chain team to ensure on-time production and manage inventory;
c. Work with dealers and marketing team to execute promotion plans;
d. Coordinate after-sales services with internal after-sales service team, regional sales teams/dealers, and 3rd party after-sales service provider. Take quick action on e-commerce complaints, including field visit.
2) Directly work with dealers and online platforms;
3) Process and analyze sales/dealer data on a regular basis.

Requirements and/or Advantages
? Bachelor degree or above; majored in e-commerce, marketing or commerce is preferred;
? 3+ years in e-commerce / B2C business related to sales operation;
? Successful experience on E-commerce development and account/distributor management is preferred;
? Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment and creatively solve problems.
? Ability to work independently and within a team environment
? Excellent analytical and data processing capabilities.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English;
