PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

2. Key in production order in Babtec. 计划中的工作令录入Babtec
3. Coordinate the work of operators on duty. 组织协调当班人员的工作
4. Mold set-up and lower mold half, material picking plan and arrangement. 当班上下模、领料计划制定及安排
5. Solve production problems by communicating with related department. 与相关部门的相关人员进行沟通，以协调解
决生产问题
6. Products quality control of the shift on duty. 当班产品质量控制
7. Monitor operating discipline of operators on duty and work quality. 监督检查当班员工的工作纪律及工作质量
8. Train for the operators on shift. 对本班员工的培训
9. Solve the un-expected problem of on duty shift. 当班突发问题的现场解决
10. Monitor and control 5S on site. 现场5S 的监督管理
11. Key in daily output report for the shift on duty. 当班生产报表录入
12. Other jobs assigned by the production manager. 生产经理安排的其他工作
