Responsibilities:
- List the requirements for a project for QC execution and guide QC inspector to achieve in quality processes.
-Prepare Inspection and Test Plan for a project. Maintain all the quality documents including photos, after checking and approving inspection records.
- Monitor the execution of test by/at third party.
- Organize related departments to investigate quality failure and come up with the solution from perspective of ISO 9000.
- Be responsible for ISO 9001 internal audit and prepare for ISO 9001 external audit including second party audit.
- Management of calibration of measuring equipment and tools.
- Collect and analyze quality data then give outcome.
- Take part in evaluation of new suppliers and organize investigation of quality failure related to supplier. Report supplier's quality performance.
- Enhance quality awareness in Sulzer.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical machinery, mechanical engineering or metal material engineering.
- More than three years of work experience in mechanical manufacturing industry.
- Good command of AutoCAD and Word, PPT, Excel, etc.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Good communication skill.
-Strong sense of responsibility.
-Working seriously and logically.
-More than one year working experience in mechanical design/manufacture or in international environment is preferred.

1、列出QC项目执行中的要求并指导QC检查员在质量过程中达标
2、为项目准备检验和测试计划；
3、组织相关部门调查质量差距，并且从ISO 9000的角度来寻求方案；
4、对ISO 9001内部审核负责，为ISO 9001外部审核做准备，含乙方审核；
5、管理仪器设备的校准测量；
6、收集分析质量数据并出具结果；
7、参与新供应商的评估并且针对供应商的质量差异组织调查 ；
岗位要求
本科以上学历，化工/机械工程/金属材料工程专业相关
有3年以上的机械生产工业工作经历
良好的AutoCAD和Office办公软件操作经验
擅长英语书写会话
善于沟通
有强烈的责任感，工作努力踏实
拥有1年以上的机械设计/生产或国际环境工作经验优先考虑
