职位描述
职责:
高级工艺工程师安排的其他工作。
负责试模和试生产前准备工作,包括上下模具,干燥原材料,注塑成型机等。
在注塑机上测试注塑模具，根据试样测量结果分析模具性能，确保符合图纸和规范要求。编写模具测试报告。
根据试样测量结果分析模具性能，编写模具测试报告。发现问题时，进行分析同时与其他部门的同事和供应商保持及时沟通寻求解决方案。

管理工艺文件及工艺优化。
处理生产车间反映过来的问题。
要求:
本科及以上学历，高分子专业优先
英语听说读写良好会使用办公软件
5年以上注塑成型工作经验，能熟练使用Engel, Arburg注塑机。
熟悉注塑成型工艺设定，问题解决及工艺改进。
能独立试模。
能读懂注塑模零件图及装配图。
熟悉PA6,PA66,PBT,POM,PE,PP 塑料原材料特性
有良好的沟通能力，能与各部门及外籍同事维持有效的合作关系。有团队合作精神。
积极主动，能较快地适应新的环境。
个性开朗，工作灵活，条理清楚。
工作责任心强。

Responsibilities：
-Preparation before Mould trial and pre-production . include install mould , dry material , injection machine etc.
-Test molding tools ,analyze function and capability of molding tools according to samples, ensure to match drawing and specification. Draft molding tool testing report.
-Analyze function and capability of molding tools according to measuring re-sult of samples,draft molding tools testing report.
-Keep close communication with colleagues from other dept. and supplier to find solutions.
-Manage injection molding parameter and process improvement.
-Handle problem raised from production.
-Other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:
-University degree or above, polymer major prefer
-Good at practical ability to speak, read and write in English
-Basic computer knowledge and skill
-More than five years experience in plastics injection molding, must familiar with Engel , Arburg injection molding machine。
-Familiar with plastic injection molding process setting , troubleshooting and process improvements.
-Can do mould testing independence.
-Can read mechanical part and assembly drawing of molding tools.
-Familiar with PA6, PA66 , PBT ,POM, PE, PP plastic materials.
-Good and effective communication skills with people of various dept. and foreign colleagues. Shows team working attitude.
-Be proactive and self-going, positive and adaptive to new environment quickly.
-Open minded , good flexibility and planning.
-Strong responsibility.
