RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
- 协调公司日常运营支持工作
- 生产运营数据的分析
- 生产工艺改进
- 设备自动化，模具的改进
- 设备等固定资产投资分析
- 与全球其他区域之间的项目沟通交流
- 支持精益化生产的实施
- 其他上级交办的工作

REQUIREMENTS要求
-本科或以上学历， 机械设计及其相关专业

-三年以上机械设计/生产经验

-具有一定的精益生产知识与经历
-熟练使用AutoCAD、Solidworks等绘图软件

-具有良好的英语听说读写能力，通过CET-4
-良好的组织与沟通能力,主动、积极、果断、乐意接受挑战

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Be responsible for the daily operation support, manufacturing improvement, machine automation, and equipment investment.

-To analysis the operation data

-Manufacturing improvement including machine automation & tooling improvement

-To analysis the invest of equipment and capital asserts

-Work under the Global environment and good command of communication skills

-Support the implement of LEAN

-Other tasks assigned by line manager or base on needs

REQUIREDMENTS

-Bachelor's degree or above with major in mechanical or related.

-At least 3 years experience in mechanical design &amp and manufacturing.

-Prefer to have experience in LEAN.

-Good English communication skill both in written & oral

-Good good knowledge of AutoCAD and Solidworks

-Good communication skill

-Initiative, active, determination, rise to the challenge
