PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
- 保障本工段员工严格执行和遵守公司有关规章制度及安全生产规章制度；
- 按照生产计划和上级主管要求，组织本工段进行生产，按时完成生产任务；
- 保障本工段产品质量；
- 加强经营管理，减少材料的浪费；
- 严格按照《设备保养管理规定》的要求做好设备保养工作,并认真检查落实设备保养情况；
- 管理本工段员工劳动纪律；
- 建立健全各种规章制度；
- 考核本工段员工绩效、出勤；
- 做好与其他工段、部门的协调，确保生产任务顺利地实施；
- 以“5S”管理要求为标准，保持本工段场地的干净整洁；

Related work experience相关工作经验
- 3年以上相关工作经验，熟知本工段加工特点和产品特点

Formal education or equivalent教育背景
- 专科或本科以上学历.
- 良好的识图能力

- 良好的沟通协调能力
- 突发情况的判断、处理能力
