Position Objective

Significantly drive LIXIL new channel sales, including e-commerce and TV shopping, for American Standard and INAX brands

Direct reports to: Ecommerce Manager

Subordinate: 1 Senior Executive

Other key contacts:

1) Internal: cross functions

2) External: dealer, platforms

Role and Responsibilities

1) Develop and execute against account plans

2) Drive product sales for the responsible accounts to achieve sales target

3) Direct contact with dealers and platform operators and manage the relationship

4) Monitor dealers’ KPIs, such as sales contribution, growth, inventory level, etc.

5) Coordinate after-sales service with internal teams and 3^rd party service providers

6) Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports and key issue analysis

7) Cooperate with Product Manager and support product plan development

Requirements and/or Advantages

? Bachelor degree or above; majored in e-commerce, marketing or commerce is preferred;

? 3+ years in e-commerce/TV shopping/ B2C business related to sales management;

? Successful experience on E-commerce development and account/distributor management is preferred;

? Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment and creatively solve problems.

? Ability to work independently and within a team environment, and to make well-reasoned and timely decisions.

? Excellent analytical and planning capabilities.

? Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English;
