职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Manage promotion budget, and support top line achievement
2. Work with promotion team leader and PM to design annual promotion calendar, and promotion plan
3. Communicate promotion and provide training to field sales team
4. On time delivery of promotion POSMs, free-gifts, and etc.
5. Tracking and improve promotion execution, leveraging SFE and mystery shopper program
6. Work with region office and CS to conduct promotion forecasting and tracking delivery
7. Manage and improve promoter selling skill in dealer stores, thru promoter incentive program
8. Deliver post-evaluation and recommendation after the promotion finished
9. Study best practice and analyze competitor
10. Routine report and other administration
Requirement:
1. More than 3 years experience of trade marketing or sales in building material company or FMCG company
2. Capability to develop priority and manage multiple tasks
3. Effective communication skill (Fluent English and good mandarin- written and spoken); good skill to manage people relationships
4. Strong analytical skills to effectively present and implement action plans
5. Knowledge about trade marketing strategy
6. Winning and resilient attitude; self-motivated and be proactive in making things happen
7. A team player and a good team leader
8. Good command of Excel and Power Point
9. University education, 25-35 years-old
10. Experience in large international company is preferred
