Job Objective

To assist Legal Team Greater China with legal documentation, M&A and restructuring projects, lawsuits in Greater China region and others as assigned;

To provide admin support to Legal Counsel Greater China;

Role and Responsibilities

1) Provide admin supports to Legal Counsel

2) Legal documents and record filing and translation support

3) Assist in providing regular legal service to internal customers, including but not limited to contract review, board resolution drafting, litigation evidences collection.

4) Communicate with external counterpart and participate in dispute settlement

5) Other assignments

Key Success Factors

1) Working knowledge of the legislation, regulations and rules.

2) Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic, dynamic with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and assignments in a time-pressured environment

3) Be orderly and quick in thought, strong ability of analysis and problems solving

4) Good ability of communication, coordination and negotiation

5) Team player

6) Solid analytical and presentation skills

Requirements and/or Advantages

1) Law school graduate

2) Good command of written and spoken English, good organizational skills.

3) A self-learner, with positive can-do attitude and take initiatives to handle multi-tasks.

4) Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and interruptions, to effectively meet deadlines and adjust to priorities.

5) Has already held the bar is preferred.

6) Japanese language skill will be a plus
