BASIC FUNCTION
Under the general direction of the Manager - product engineering , participate on cross-functional teams to indentify, develop, qualify, & introduce new products for KOHLER & Gorlde brand. Make sure that KOHLER composite material sink products meet the relative GB standards, This role will be based in Zhuhai KOHLER.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. In charge of KOHLER products development, such as faucet, shower head, bathroom accessories, drainer pipe, etc...
2. Support the customized order for Gorlde export business.
3. Competitors products analysis / benchmark
4. Problem resolve through using data statistic analysis
5. CAD model drafter
6. Driving cost reduction with manufacturing team thru parts localization/re-design/etc...
7. Quality improvement to get lower UFR for new product/production
8. Drive industry code/standard compile

MAJOR REQUIREMENT
1. At least working experience for 3 years in SMC/BMC thermosetting materials technology work.
2. Understanding Injection Molding & Compression Molding processing,
3. Developing SMC/BMC ingredient for production, and proficient in material production process.
4. Familiar with SMC/BMC thermosetting materials testing standards and methods.
5. Good in English reading, writing, speaking
6. Strong communication with other teams
7. More passion, open idea and self-confidence
8. Project management experience is preferred
9. Bachelor degree at least, with Mechanical-Electrical specially
10. Be familiar with Pro/e wildfire 3.0, AutoCAD software
11. Have supplier sourcing experience


RELATIONISHIPS AND CONTACTS
Supervisory Relationships:
Directly report to: Manager-Product Engineering, KOHLER China.
Organization Relationships: KOHLER China.
Frequent contact with Product Marketing, Plant and KOS and Purchasing
External Business Relationships:
External contacts with OEM Suppliers

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree at least with composite material specialty background
