• Adjustment, trouble shooting and basic maintenance of lacquering line. 能够调整、解决喷漆生产线中出现的问题并维护其正常运行。
• Guarantee smooth operation and high efficiency. 保证生产的正常运行和高成品率。
• Cooperate with QC in order to reach quality target。能配合质控部门达到质量要求。
• Job change of equipment and adjustment of all parameters。进行设备换产及对所有技术参数进行调整。
• Sampling of new articles and colours. 试印新产品和颜色。
• Prepare lacquer for the production and adjust liquidity during the production process.准备好喷漆并在生产中调校好浓度。
• Modification and fabrication of equipment to fit production needs (e.g. holders). 修改和制作设备以满足生产需要（例如固定套）。
• Inform lacquering manager immediately if tools and materials are required or about to run out and have to be reordered. 当材料和工具将用完时需及时通知喷漆经理进行订购。
• Keep lacquering line clean and free from lacquer spills. 保持喷漆生产线的清洁和防止喷漆的渗漏。
• Change paper filter and dispose it properly. 更换纸过滤器并进行正确处理。
• Burn off, clean and store holders after production. 生产结束后须将固定套烧干净并存放好。
• Respect all safety relevant instructions handling lacquer and machines. 遵守所有关于喷漆处理和喷漆机运行的安全规定。
• Carry out other tasks if asked by the production supervisor or the department manager. 执行生产主管或部门经理交代的任务。

* Typical Education Level教育背景:

Junior school or higher

* Specialized knowledge and skills特殊技能：

• Professional lacquering experience. 具备专业喷漆经验。
• Knowledge of lacquer, spray gun adjustment and solvents. 掌握调教喷漆、喷枪和溶剂的知识。
• Basic mechanical / pneumatics / electrical knowledge required. 要求具备基本的机械，气体力学和电气知识。
• Young and motivated. 年轻上进。
