Direct report: Regional Sales Director, Middle East
Role and Responsibilities
? Responsible for sales management and maximization within the region;
? Establish and keep good relationship with area customers for win-win solution;
? Work out business growth plans based on solid data support and market analysis;
? Develop and implement project sales network, partnership with dealers in the region;
? Keep through in good delivery, inventory management, AR management, pricing etc.;
? Develop and manage appropriate trading promotion plans to ensure to delivery sales performance;
? Lead and guide sale team to reach sales targets;
Key Objectives / KPI and Success Factors
? Good planning, analysis and problem solving skills;
? Good negotiation and communication skills with both internal and external groups;
? Business driven/result driven;
? Systematic and data orientated;
? Independent, Integrity, trust;
? Self motivated and motivating team;
? Good at uncovering the problems and improving the progress.
Requirements and/or Advantages
? Bachelor degree or above. Major in Engineering is preferred.
? More than 6 years business experience of which 4 years in consumer product management in similar industry, project and retail sales experience are both needed.
? Good at Mandarin and PC skills.
? Good at presentation and interpersonal skills.
