工作职责：
l 日常报表及数据分析，帮助收集各部门所需业务信息，协调销售部与各部门沟通；
l 负责日常接待员的日常工作，如接听电话，接待访客，快递管理等；
l 办公用品的采购和管理，如文具，办公设备等；
l 协调员工后勤管理的名卡，员工卡；协助办理员工的入职及离职手续，办公室人员考勤等；
l 协调相关人在办公室后勤管理，清洁，安全，设施及设备维修等问题；
l 协助办公室的展示和装饰管理；
l 协助预订机票及酒店
l 特设项目分配及办公室突发事件处理。
要求：
l 大专及以上学历；
l 出色的excel技巧；
l 聪明，积极进取，服务导向；
l 较强的沟通和协调能力；
l 精通中文和英文；
l 精通微软办公软件。
