负责管辖区域的生产和质量管理，团队建设和生产设备管理。Responsible for manufacturing, quality and team building management of specified area and equipment maintenance of specified area or process.
Major Accountabilities (Describe the 5-7 main results of the role to be achieved)
主要职责内容（5-7个主要职责）
1. 实施生产计划，负责区域生产现场操作，生产安全以及质量管理，内部人员安排以及外部沟通Responsible for area production site operation, safety and equipment operation supervision，personnel arrangement and communication with other departments；
2. 负责提高区域人员现场操作和优化区域操作流程及操作管理规范。Responsible for improvement of shop floor operation and SOPs；
3. 负责区域相关偏差的调查，变更及CAPA和执行 Responsible for area deviation, change and CAPA investigation and execution；
4. 负责监督生产设备, 安排设备的初级维护保养协及调解决生产过程中运行故障。Responsible for supervision of production equipment, equipment primary maintenance and coordination to solve the issues occurred.
5.负责该区域相关年度预算及生产成本控制。Responsible for area budget preparation and cost control;
6.负责OE项目在该区域的推进，执行和汇报。Responsible for the lead, execution and report of OE project;
7. 负责制定员工培训计划。Responsible for establishing staff training plan
8.负责生产区域卫生清洁任务分工，监督检查生产区的卫生情况。Responsible for arrangement, supervision and inspection the sanitary status in operation area
9. 负责控制和监督员工加班时间。Responsible for controlling and supervising overtime.
10.负责生产记录的审核、生产相关参数的统计，并确保记录及时上交QA。Responsible for production records review, production related parameters collection, and ensure timely submission of records to QA
11.完成上级领导分配的其他任务。Accomplish the task assigned byworkshop leader.

3.区域偏差和变更按时完成，CAPA执行情况良好。 On time closure of deviation and change, and well CAPA execution 10%
4.员工按计划完成培训 All personnel completing training 10%
5.生产设备管理。Equipment maintenance 15%
4.负责区域卫生符合GMP要求。The sanitary of specified area meet GMP requirement 10% 5.员成本控制及OE项目执行。 Cost control and OE implementation 10%
6.本区域无安全事故发生 No recordable safety issue。 5%

生物制药、生物工程、生物科学等相关专业。Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biological sciences and other related majors
Languages所需语言: 汉语和英语，有一定英语基础可以应用。Chinese (native) & English, Basic English skills can be good used.

生物制药行业3年以上工作经验。
3 years or above working experience in biological pharmaceutical industry
Desired 有以下经验更佳:
在其他大型生物制药企业从事疫苗原液生产车间管理者（特别是流感）优先。
Bulk production management experience in other large biological pharmaceutical company (especially Flu) preferred.
Skills (e.g. IT)) 工作技能 (如IT技能等) ：
1) 熟练应用电脑办公软件。 Skilled in office software
2)具备一定管理知识及能力。 Certain knowledge and ability of management
3)熟悉GMP及相关规定。 Familiar with GMP and relevant regulations
