Role and Responsibilities
角色和责任

作为我们产品开发部的重要一员,你的责任是设计开发陶瓷的结构图纸及pro-e 三维模型,并利用pro-e设计产品模具.确保产品的造型、 尺寸、功能达到设计要求。

In supporting multiple projects as part of a cross-functional team, you will have primary responsibility for:
作为协助多重项目的全职能的团队中的一员,你的主要职责为:

Design and develop ceramic product, including Bowl, Lava, and Urinal. Create pro-e model, including complete structure, then create the complete 2D drawing. Make sure the product match all standard that requested, make sure the product can be produced by normal process, and make sure the product is follow the designer’s request.
设计开发陶瓷件, 包括马桶、面盆、小便斗。创建 pro-e 三维模型, 包括完整的内部结构, 并创建完整的平面尺寸图纸。确保产品符合国家标准的要求，符合陶瓷制造的工艺流程，同时也要符合设计师的设计要求。

Control the fire sample’s dimension. Create NPA (New Product Approve) sheet, and use it to check and control the dimension of the fire sample.
控制实际样品的尺寸。根据工程图纸制订NPA(新产品确认)表格, 确保实际产品符合工程图纸的尺寸要求。

Have to communicate and discuss with the modeler team and component engineer, defeat the problem that would be happen.
必须与模具制作小组及配件工程师等相关小组的沟通、讨论，解决可能发生的一切潜在问题。

Assistant the mould design and building Create a good mould drawing for the modeler to build the mould successful. Create a pro-e 3D mould for CNC machine to cut the mould successful.
协助产品模具的设计。要辅助手工模具的制作，确保工程模具图能让手工模顺利的完成；利用PRO-E完成模具的设计，并确保模具能顺利地完成数控加工。

Ensuring the completion of engineering documentation to support product introductions and/ or revisions.
确保对新产品的推广及工程文件修改信息的完整.

Requirements and/or Advantages
要求

1) Bachelor degree in mechanical or Industrial design 本科学历，主修机械和或工业设计
2) Good commond of ProE, experience for mold design in sanitary ware is prefer 熟练使用ProE, 最好有陶瓷模具设计相关经验
3) English skills - Conversational & written 英语技能——会话和书写
4) Good manual practical ability 良好的手工实践能力
5) Good Communication Skills 良好的沟通技巧
