Key responsibilities:
？ Collaborate with Regional (North Asia) commercial business analysts in identifying commercial projects; plan rollout and deployment strategies for various countries within the region; drive the implementation plan to success.
？ Set up and enforce project management standards, methodology and dashboards in monitoring regional projects
？ Collaborate with other areas within the business to help identify, assess and translate business opportunities into business driven-information technology solutions.
？ Identify business opportunities and risks and proactively work with the business and IS to address these
？ Create and enhance current and future business processes to meet business requirements.
？ Assist in the design and enhancement/modification of business systems through analysis, clarification and definition of user requirements.
？ Co-ordinate and help track project activities for key system initiatives throughout the system’s life cycle and provide support to Project Manager with assigned project responsibilities.
？ Provide ongoing project management activities for small-medium projects including initiation/evaluation, design, development, training and roll out.
？ Manage / lead the development and where required deployment of systems.
？ Co-ordinate project activities with other appropriate team members within the business to develop effective team relationships.
？ Partner with IS business improvement teams to aid in the creation of business solutions through application development.
？ Create and maintain project documentation including policies and procedures, status reports, system design, process flows and project presentations.
？ Actively seek to share and be open to best practices, new ideas, opportunities and issues.
？ Ensure all IT security risks are covered in the development and deployment of systems.
？ Conduct project meetings, training sessions and provide IS support to the business (especially in relation to the roll out and implementation of applications).
Key Tasks:
？ Within approved projects, examine the feasibility of potential applications, specifying the most appropriate solutions and techniques to be used and likely impact of various options on the business.
？ Analyse and develop application (software) requirements and establish system specifications appropriate to identified issues.
？ Analyse the flow of current work within specific systems and make recommendations for improvement.
？ Develop and prepare solution models to be able to produce standardised solutions to identified issues.
？ Test programmes to eliminate errors and ensure that programmes meet user requirements.
？ Develop or oversee the preparation of manuals and operation guides
？ Develop and provide training and development for end users on all standard applications.
？ Lead / manage the successful development and deployment of local projects together with regional IS teams.
？ Actively seek to share and be open to best practices, new ideas, opportunities and issues.
？ Ensure all security risks and compliance to Reckitt Benckiser IT standards is covered in all projects.
？ Standardisation of infrastructure (desktops, servers and networks) to RB IT standards, and compliance to global licensing requirements.
？ Budget planning and control of IT equipment and capital expenditure.
Functional skills:
？ Proven success & experience in Consumer Package Goods, Distribution and Demand Planning
？ Focus on Customer Service
？ Good qualification in a business or related discipline;
？ Fluency in English with good communication skills
？ Strong Project Management skills
？ Creative and dare to challenge
？ Experience using MS Office suite
？ Knowledge of SAP/JDE ERP applications preferred
？ Excellent communication skills
？ Team Player
？ Must be willing to travel and mobile
