职位描述
To support our aggressive growth strategy, we are inviting high-calibre candidate to join our China Customer Management Group: -
Accountabilities:
? Maintain strong relationship with the assigned key accounts
? Develop joint business plans focusing on driving the customer’s KPIs and sustainable profitability of the system
? Negotiate trading terms with key accounts to ensure the profitability of the system and bottler
? Initiate and conduct key account business planning and reviews
? Leverages all areas of Coca-Cola system to improve the joint business performance with customers
? Act as an intermediary to resolve key account issues and conflicts between customers and the company
? Control and monitor DMI
? Health and Beauty channel strategy development and best practices sharing
Requirements:
? Degree holder in Business Management or related discipline
? Minimum 5 years of key account management experience with sizable multinational companies preferably in FMCG industry
? A proactive and well-organised team player who are able to work effectively under pressure
? Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills
? Knowledge of category management is an advantage
? Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua
? To be stationed in Guangzhou
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager position.
