- Over 3 years' experiences as engineer in refinery, chemical or petrochemical industry
- Over 2 years' sales experience in industrial equipment

Formal education or equivalent 教育背景
-Bachelor degree or above in Chemical engineering, Petrochemical, Refinery or related
-engineering degree.
-化学工程化/工机械工程/机械工程专业/过程装备和控制，全日制专科及以上

Skills技能
- Good marketing reaction ability, analyzing and information organizing skills
- Good communicating /presenting skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in both oral & written English and Chinese
- 可以使用计算机办公室软件；
- 具备英文读写的能力

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
- Build relationships with customers
- Establish the shut-down schedule for key customers
- Build relationship for replacement and field coordinate service
- Carry out field coordinate service; provide site services
- Highlight installation issues for replacement
- Support Front Sales for revamp and new project
- Promote MTT products, meet clients' requirement; collect maintenance information of clients; establish and develop custom relationship; enhance market share
- Advise clients to work out strategic hardware stores before shut-down stage through study and analyze the current drawing
- In shut-down stage, inspect for column internals and offer a complete solution for routine column repairs and maintenance replacement
- Co-ordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Workshop etc departments for products delivery
- Supply site issues management and excellent supervision services during the replacement of column internals
- 销售备件产品；定期拜访客户，了解客户的检修信息及计划；建立并发展客户关系，拓展市场
- 在停车检修前，根据客户的检修计划，统计、分析塔内件产品信息，为客户提供备件储备的专业性建议
- 在停车阶段，进入塔内，对塔内件设备进行常规检查、故障排查，为客户提供检查、分析报告，针对需要维护修理的设备提供可行性建议
- 根据销售订单，通过与其他部门沟通，协调、安排产品加工生产计划
- 开展现场管理，包括进场前工作准备，货物清点，对于需要更换的塔内件设备进行安装指导，配合区域销售工作
- 向直接上司和部门经理汇报工作
