职位描述
Job Objective:
Identify opportunities and sell ARDEX system solutions. Develop a substantial sales base and sales/ distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and follow up sales leads with ability to turn leads to sales
2. Define suitable system solutions from the ARDEX product portfolio
3. Recommend system solutions and work on specifications
4. Technical demonstration of products on site and in in-house training facilities
5. Develop a substantial sales base and exceed sales targets
6. Develop a stable distribution network with strategic partners/distributors

1. Outgoing personality with good communication and negotiation skills
2. Passion for quality and to sell high
3. Integrity and drive for high standards of work
4. Team player
5. Ambitious, Self-driven and highly independent
6. Hands-on person who can convincingly demonstrate construction products to workers
7. Willingness to learn and to develop
8. Thinking outside of the box and look for new challenges all the time
Functional Skills:
1. Chinese native speaker
2. Senior Sales Engineers and Team leaders should have a good command of English
3. Degree in construction or engineering
4. Experience in sales
5. Solid understanding of the construction process
6. Solid understanding of cement and concrete technology
7. Ability to understand and formulate technical literature (technical drawings, technical recommendations, technical standards, technical specifications, test reports etc)
8. Ability to prepare and hold presentations and demonstrations
9. Computer and software skills (MS Office applications and sales support software)
10. Time management skill and able to manage multiple projects/tasks.
