Job Responsibilities
1、Act as receptionist, answer phones, reception of visitors.
2、Support office Admin work, flights & hotels booking, office supplies & stationary ordering, conference equipment supporting, etc.
3、Support HR related work, documents collection & filing, paper work preparation, interview arrangement, data update, etc.
4、Support IT work, including mail-box, IT server, computer maintenance, IT renovation
5、Support license/certificates application procedure.
6、Other tasks assigned

Job Requirements:
1、Undergoing bachelor degree
2、Good communications skills and independent, hard working
3、Strong execution skills, detail oriented, willing to learn
4、Familiar with MS Office software and good English skills
5、Could work at least 3-5 days per week for long terms
