Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage 2 Suzhou Plants Financial processes that ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial and management reports, including monthly, quarterly (actual and forecast) and year end reports to local tax authorities and HQ.

2. Set up Standard cost regarding to HQ finance policy and implement when 2 Suzhou plants SAP go life, process and make analysis on Std cost variance in Actual accordingly.

3. Lead and coordinate 2 Suzhou Plants business annual operating plan and strategic plan preparing, support HQ and manufacturing management to make proper business decisions;

4. Ensure adherence to all internal or external control policies and procedures, Responsible for the compliance with PRC GAAP & J-SOX.

5. Control and monitor Capital Expenditure in 2 Suzhou Plants, trace Capex from planning, ordering, and recognition, depreciation to expiry or disposal.

6. Establish and develop strong interface for 2 Suzhou plants to ensure effective and timely resolution of issue

7. Build up strong 2 Suzhou plants finance team, manage turn over effectively;

8. Set clear goal for the 2 Suzhou plants finance function, manages and coach the team effectively.

9. Ad hoc projects as at when assigned..

Main Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in finance / accounting / controlling, etc.

2. Effective communicator in Chinese and English, Japanese is plus;

3. 5+ years accounting, analysis, and controlling experience; experience from manufacturing company is must and experience from auditing firm is preferred;

4. Solid understanding and rich experience of accounting analysis, risk management and internal control/audit;

5. Familiar with national accounting, finance, and tax related regulations/standards/policy;

6. Proficient in office software esp. excel and ERP/SAP system;

7. Honesty, reliability and think critically, work independently;

8. Good coordination, organization and communication skills;

9. Can take quick action and do things fast.
