职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Manage, direct and coach the Client Quality Managers.
2. Communicate and liaise with customers on Quality related matters
3. CAPA/Case/NCMR/Concessions
4. External (customer) document change control
5. Customer Complaint management
6. Supplier auditing and AVL maintenance
7. Batch release and DHR review
8. Management of the quality plan for NPI/NPD activities as required by customers
9. Ensure PCH and Customer KPI’s are measured and achieved
10. Develop Quality Plans to continuously improve product quality
11. Work with suppliers to improve quality controls
12. Drive Lean, 6 Sigma and TQM projects to improve reliability, quality, lead time and costs.
13. Assist in the development of reliability & validation test plans.
14. Coordinate the test labs in scheduling, performing, and evaluating testing.
15. Statistical analysis of in-process data to determine reject rates and then develop yield improvement plans
16. Data collection and analysis to produce formal reports for customers
Requirements:
? Degree in Electronic Engineering, Applied Science, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent fields.
? At least 3 years experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, and with a good understanding of SPC, FMEA, six-sigma, Lean manufacturing or TQM
? Experience in Process Design and controls.
? Good knowledge in statistical analysis.
? Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
? Experience in International Quality Standards, Six Sigma, or related problem solving methodologies is a plus.
? Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO13485 would be an advantage.
? Good project management skills
? Independent and self-motivated achiever.
