Responsibilities:
? Sales & Marketing responsibility for a manufacturing facility
? Pipeline management for the plant
? Support the sales organization to generating revenue, acquiring customers and managing customer interfaces with the plant
? Drive sales process management within the plant
? Accurate forecasting
? Development, leveraging of best practices across plants
? Devise creative, "out-of-the-box" ideas and implement them
? Be responsible and accountable for meeting deadlines
? Plant General Manager and Management
? Sales Executives and Field Sales Engineers on a global level
? New and existing customers
? Senior executive management
? All levels of operations team
? External sales reps
Requirement
? University degree or equivalent qualification
? 8 years in a sales executive role, experienced in sales and marketing
? Demonstrated ability to work in interdisciplinary and international teams
? Presentation and customer management skills
? Ability to build client relationships, emphasizing excellence
? High energy level
? Creativity
? Ability to work independently
? Strong motivation for sales
? Able to persevere in adverse conditions
