RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

- To organize, re-organize and optimize the organization structures to effectively support execution of the business plans;

- To analyze and define roles and responsibilities, develop and implement JD, KPI and performance management to most effectively support business strategies, tactics and activities. Administer target setting and performance review process, including the design and implementation of rewards / incentive programs;

- To continuously assess people and identify talents, develop and implement people development and succession plans via various HR tools & methodologies, e.g. coaching, mentoring, on-the-job and classroom training, special project assignments, job rotations etc., based on long term and short term business needs and staff personal development needs. Conduct, develop and devise training plans / programs to meet business needs;

- To identify the gaps between people’s capability and capacity vs. organization needs, and manage to close these gaps by external hiring, internal transfer & promotion, people development etc.;

- HR policy & procedure – develop, review and update policies, processes and procedures, including employee handbook, ensure compliance with local law / regulations / policies and company policies;

- HR administration – employment contracts, C&B / payroll, headcount, expat/mobility etc.;

REQUIREMENT 任职资格

- 4+ years of experiences in human resource management in most HR aspects including 3+ years of WOFE or J-V experience.

- 2 years or above Supervisory or management experience.

- A bachelor degree or above

- Major in HR or Business Administration preferred

- Good English communication skill both in written and oral

- Strong analytical, leadership and organizational skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of National and Local labor laws and regulations;

- Understanding of Human Resource technologies, principals and practices;

The new factory will be set up in 2014 in Xi’an Province.
