RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

- To communicate with related internal dept. and external customers for multi-dept. co-operation or projects follows up.

- To organize and coordinate import business events, including preparing and organize meetings with internal and external customers, presentation, letter and other official documents preparation.

- Assistant in correspondence between GM and other parties, including reports, notice, announcement and etc.

- To provide daily secretarial and administrative support to GM (such as signature collection/ travel expense claims and atc.

REQUIREMENTS 任职资格

- 3+ years work experience in administration in multinational company in manufactory industry.

- 1 or 2 years work experience in HR and Admin function is preferred.

- Bachelor degree or above. Major in Administration or Human Resources in preferred.

- Strong communication and organizational Skills.

- Native mandarin, Excellent oral and written English.

- Professional use of MS such as PPT, Excel and word.

- Self-motivation and high responsibility.

- Quick learner and can pick up new knowledge fast and efficiently.

- Team Player

- Be available for a certain business travel.

The new factory will be set up in 2014 in Xi’an Province.
