Main Responsibilities:

1. Performs warranty and installation

2. Executes technical corrective actions

3. Performs paid job repair to customer(quote, negotiate and confirm price with customer)

4. Performs corrective repairs / maintenance visits

5. Tracks installed base accuracy & variances

6. Provides support to sales for replacement / special sales programs, exhibition

7. follow company process for parts management and book daily work in related system

8. AR collection for his territory

9. pass assessment for service qualification check

10. finish the assign task from mentor

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree and above with major in electronics or equivalent, Biomedical Engineering is preferred.

2. Excellent written and oral English.
