l a professional profile with proved experience in motor design, specifically brush motors (AC-DC) and brushless motors (CIM, BLDC, BPM, single phase asynchronous).

Requirement
l Minimum requirement is a deep knowledge of AC, DC, CIM, single phase asynchronous to cover our current major product categories in value (FL, TOP Loader EU, FAT, Dryer) and in volume.
2 Preferably the person should have worked in the motor power range of our interest (from 150W to 1000W for CIM) and preferably for motor applied in our business to ensure the specific knowledge of our application in terms of energy requirements, noise requirements and overall dimensional and safety requirement.
3 The knowledge on CIM should cover also the principle of tri phase electronic control that is strictly interacting with the motor design: in that sense, some evidence of specific electronic tri phase motor control design must be given by the candidate.
4 BLDC knowledge and BPM knowledge would represent an additional plus for the proposed candidate, being this area the one that will likely evolve most on the near future due to efficiency requirements fo all governments.
5 Motor efficiency in general must be an area of expertise we are looking to find.
6 Motor noise experience in the same way must be part of the candidate experience
7 Motor cost breakdown must also be present to allow to make a good cost/performace decision making on technical alternatives.

2 on the other side the seach must cover also other mass production motor companies due to the fact that the basic technical knowledge described is the same if we stay in the same motor power size.
3 Having an alternative viewpoint from another sector could also be good for cost challenge with current suppliers
