Role and Responsibilities

? Work out annual / quarterly / situational communications plan for the organization.

? Ensure the organization’s internal communication plan is implemented on time and within budget.

? Key support to specific internal communications projects as business needs.

? Prepare and develop internal news articles e.g. letter from leader and other internal communications materials.

? Utilize all current communication channels to update employees with latest news and information in the organization.

? Act as internal journalist to sourcing news and stories happened within stores and draft internal releases

? Build up communication channels within each department and organize internal employee activities.

? Continuously develop new channels for efficient communications region wide, e.g. Internet; newsletter; Workshop.. etc.

? Plan and execute a wide range of internal communications programs and activities that help enhance a healthy working atmosphere.

? Share internal communication best practice and learning with Greater China region wide.

Requirements and/or Advantages

? Bachelor degree or above in relevant subject, such as Communications, Journalist, Marketing or English;

? Strong project / event management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

? Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken; Japanese is a plus but not a must

? Solid computer skills and presentation skills

? Fresh graduate or under 2 years working experience is welcomed
