Role and Responsibilities

? Accept the order from customer;

? Input the data of order and contact with plant;

? Contact and confirm the consignment;

? To coordinate with Country Sales Manager for sales administration and documentary, sales report

? To check and update prices for which customers and ensure correctness of said prices to be aligned with documents related to particular shipment

? To verify with CSM the project quotation and ensure to issue new customer maintaining requisition to accounting and credit collection to maintain contract and new customer in SAP system

? Work together with sourcing team and supply chain and Logistic on contract, pricing, term and condition and issue requisition for TP ,FMC and price maintaining

? Co-ordinate with new product development and product management team in order to ensure that all customer order is completed and delivery on time

? Have good communications skills with customers to coordinate order from distributors and allocate to order processing the right supply plant, right price, term and condition, and right product, right requested delivery date as customer enquired.

? To check and control outstanding orders as well as to ensure delivery in confirmed monthly. Update backlog and open order to customer for backlog clarification and delivery planning process

? To ensure perfect deliveries for all requirements on time and Co-ordinate with Logistic and supply team ,forwarder, logistic and inspectorate company if necessary

? To coordinate specific customer requirement on shipping Document to distribution team

? To follow up LC from customer ,and update outstanding payment with Country sales Manager to smoothen delivery

? To corporate with all related department and follow up for all the claim related document follow up

? To follow up customer Claim defect replacement ,Short shipped ,Wrong Shipped and ensure that the Credit note have been issued and new order have been entered at full amount and update status with supply team for the delivery date.

? Consolidate Sales Forecast report from HK and TW sales manager.

? Maintain new and old customers master information for all necessary departments.

? Maintain Material master data (include all data)

? Draw out the “Customer Following Sheet” base on the order situation.

Requirements and/or Advantages

? College Degree or above;

? Strong Data processing skills with strong Excel skills.

? Good personality to handle tough internal and external customer request and moods.

? 3-5 years or above relevant experience in multinational company;

? Patient and detailed;

Good PC skills.
