Sulzer Mixpac System (SMS), is leader in the market for technology of cartridge-based two-component mixing and application systems. Our main customers are the adhesive and sealants manufacturers. Sulzer

has four market pillars, which is Dental, Automotive & Electronic Industry, Chemical Construction, and Semi Industrial. To tap into the growing opportunities of Chinese market, Sulzer Shanghai is setting up a new product unit in Minhang Development Zone. Hence, we are inviting capable candidates to join us as,

Responsibilities:

1. Take charge of first Mass production to come up with final complete production process which includes mould set up, molding parameter optimization, material drying, injection machine and robot programming, material recycling, product moving (convey system) etc. and prepare testing report for future improvement etc.
2. Improve existing injection process, define standard production process and monitor implementation result in workshop.
3. Manage process documentation especially for injection molding and define archiving SOP
4. Training production Staffs and evaluate learning performance
5. Handle problem raised from production.
6. Other assignment delegated by superior

Requirements:

1. University degree or above, polymer major is preferable
2. With at least 5-years experience on molding process improvement related.
3. Strong knowledge in Engel , Arburg injection molding machine operation
4. Familiar with plastic materials and injection molding process setting, knowledge at process testing & troubleshooting independently.
5. Robot programming knowledge is preferable
6. Lean knowledge is preferable
7. Good English skill level (written and oral)
