Role and Responsibilities

? Identify prospects in the market and build funnels

? Develop markets and accounts/strategic partners

? Manage the accounts and win projects

? Support RSD to coach and develop regional sales team to build up capability in selling W&D products

? Execute sales plan and deliver sales targets as well as meet other business growth objectives for both short term and long term

? Build brand/product presence in the market and enhance the preference

Requirements and/or Advantages

? College degree & above

? A minimum of 3 years sales experience in wooden & door category

? Has W&D project funnel

? Proven record in developing and managing accounts

? Willing to travel a lot

? Self-motivated and ability to work under stress

? Team player

? Capability in coaching and developing others would be a plus
