JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Focus on key business which includes real estate developer / hotel chain

· To manage and develop project business with strong influence on key clients and gradually achieving the target sales turnover.

· Responsible for all key client projects (tracking, quotation and the coordination with dealers)

· Establish company’s brands as preferred brands in bath & wellness industry

· Maintain contact and regularly visit key clients, establish and maintain long-term stable relations with key clients, in the direction of establishment of strategic cooperative partnership.

Requirements and/or Advantages

? University degree/equivalent in Business Administration or related discipline;

? Ten years or above project sales experience, among which 5 years managerial level experience;

? Good relationship with residential developers, designing institute and hotel is preferred;

? Excellent negotiation skills and influencing;

? Excellent Account management and project management;

? Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills;
