Role and Responsibilities
1) Draft and implement store route plan;
2) Lead inspector team to monitor and improve store imagine
3) Record merchandizing status in Daily Store Call Card and make sure the product and POP display following AS merchandizing standard;
4) Collect competitor information: NPL, promotion, new stores, decoration, etc. and share with team to adjust AS retail against activity;
5) Develop yearly and monthly sales-out forecast by store;1) Monitor promoters’ dress code, discipline, merchandizing;
2) Coordinate with Sales training manager to organize promoter’s training on new product.
3) Make sure POP are flipchart are displayed as NPL plan and display POP X shelf and other materials as marketing’s standard;
4) Develop and maintain effective tools to track and review store performance

Requirements and/or Advantages
1) University degree/equivalent in Business Administration or related discipline;
2) More than 3 years retail sales experience
3) Excellent negotiation skills and influencing;
4) Excellent Account management and project management; and business analyzing skills
5) Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills;
6) High degree of creativity and self-motivation, and the ability to work under pressure;
7) Proven cultural sensitivity and adaptability;
8) Track record of sales result.
