? 与有人部门主管确认岗位职责和具体要求

? 处理中国区总部的招聘活动，包括搜寻候选人，和合作方联系，放职位广告，简历筛选，面试，背景调查，出录用通知书等。

? 开发和运用招聘甄选流程和工具

? 收集和分析招聘数据提供建议去提升招聘效率

? 控制招聘预算

? 管理招聘供应商资源，定期对供应商进行回顾提升招聘效率

岗位要求：

? 本科及以上学历，人力资源或行政管理专业优先

? 有公司HR管理经验或者在外资猎头工作的背景

? 适应高压力工作坏境

? 有外资公司经验者优先

? 良好的英语读写能力

? 优秀的办公室软件运用

Role and Responsibilities

? Determine with line manager for future personnel needs and confirm for each detailed position requirement;

? Coordinate all recruitment activities China HQ and sales, including sourcing candidates, coordinating agencies, advertising, pre-screening, interviews, reference checks, employment offers;

? Review and develop recruitment and selection procedures and tools;

? Collect and analyze recruitment data and provide proposal and recommendations on improvement;

? Prepare and control for recruitment budget;

? Review recruiting vendors to upgrade the resources and review / check for the contract with the vendors;

Requirements and/or Advantages

? University degree in HR or business administrative is preferred;

? Proven related experience, minimum three years in in-house HR management and/or headhunter in multi-industrial environment with solid search ability;

? Fit for High pressure culture

? Professional background acquired in WOFE is preferred;

? Excellent in reading writing and speaking English;

? Excellent in Excel & Power Point;
