职位描述
职责
1、负责维修车间的日常运行和管理工作；
2、制定车间的年度和月度工作目标，并监控工作目标的实施情况；
3、指导和调度车间各部门的工作；
4、根据每月的车间运营情况分析、了解车间的利用效率，制定出相应的绩效考核办法和激励机制，从而最大的调动车间员工的积极性；
5、对车间人员进行培训；
6、树立员工的客户满意为工作中心的服务理念；
7、维修车辆的故障判断，技术攻关，车辆总检等技术性工作；
8、负责新车整备工作。
任职要求
1、知识结构：汽车维修及相关专业，大专以上学历
2、工作经验：有3年以上汽车修理及维修车间管理经验及相关等级证书者优先考虑。
3、能力要求：良好的沟通协调能力，责任心强，工作态度积极，创新能力强；
4、技能要求：能熟练判断、处理车辆故障，及时解决技术难题，具有良好的驾驶技术，具备试车员资格；
5、其他要求：能熟练操作办公软件，有一定的英语基础，有宝马4S店相关从业经验者优先
6、 有驾照（C牌以上），能熟练驾驶
