职位描述
职责
1、客服中心和客户之间的联络工作；
2、协助客户关系经理协调公司其它部门处理客户相关事务；
3、协助部门及时专业地通过回访电话跟进回访客户，以获取客户对于公司的意见反馈和建议；
4、负责协同相关部门通过客户回访电话及时跟进关注客户产生的问题；
5、协同客服团队就客户回访电话产生的问题及时向客户关系经理作出反馈和汇；
6、处理客户投诉（通过各种渠道发生的投诉案件），第一时间安抚客户并解决问题，及时向客户关系经理汇报工作；
7、通过关注客户和跟进服务进程，并且提升产品和服务的范围、价值和特色，和客户建立起良好的咨询顾问关系；
8、作为公司形象窗口，应始终保持良好的精神面貌和职业素养。
任职要求
1、 知识结构：大专以上学历；
2、 工作经验：有两年相关工作经验
3、能力要求：有较强的亲和力，语言表达能力、电话沟通技巧能力，具有很强的服务意识、责任心，很好的工作执行力，具有一定的汽车理论、汽车构造基础知识，具备一定组织活动的能力；
4、技能要求：了解基本的维修常识和营销知识，具备一定处理客户投诉的技巧能力，能够熟练使用计算机，有一定英语基础。
