职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 熟悉机修、电工、钣金、喷漆工种的基本操作过程，掌握其技术要求、标准。及时、有效地指导车间生产。
2、 协助服务站长拟订并督导实施质量指标、质量改善计划。
3、 对完工受检车辆，对照相关技术标准逐一检查，把好质量关，查出未施工项目或不达标作业。
4、 组织技术人员对返修车辆的返修原因进行分析、总结，制作质量分析报告。
5、 协助维修班组制定维修方案、解决技术难题，提高工作效率。
任职要求：
1、具有大专以上文化程度—汽车专业或汽车维修专业等。
2、具有丰富的汽车维修知识和汽车理论知识。
3、具有一定的组织能力、协调能力及管理经验。
4、熟悉汽车驾驶，有驾照。
